Why doesn't the wifi on my acer neotouch s200?

Hi guy, I bought an Acer Neotouch S200 the other day and it doesn't have the wifi option. It isn't on the Comm. Manager, or in the settings.

Has it got anything to do with the fact that I'm on Orange in the UK?

the network shouldnt make a difference at all. it sounds like a problem on the acer itself. contact acer as soon as possible and they can give you instructions on what to do straight away
